Valuable For Everyone, Not Just Teens!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator gives practical guidance for teens to deal with stress, build confidence, and socialize and be happy and healthy.

Well written, well organized, and well narrated. There were dozens of takeaways from this book that are not just important for teens, but for everybody - Highly Recommend!

Informative

The Self-Regulation and Mindfulness Workbook for Teens: Is a great book to teach teens how to control their emotions when in a difficult or unpredictable situation. As a listener this book also provide ways to deal with academic or new obstacles. I learned a lot and found the workbook very helpful. I recommend this book to parents looking to introduce self-control and self-regulation strategies to their children. Great read!

Great for me and my sister

My sister grapples with anxiety, particularly in social situations with peers and friends. She easily becomes overwhelmed and stressed. Amazing Insight

this was the best book I have read so far on self regulation. it's not only for teens but can be used for anyone want to learn more about self regulation and self awareness. I am incorporating this in my classes which I teach PreK and up. Definitely, going to use the tips in this guide. I hope the author writes another book. definitely going to share.

Excellent Guide for teens!

This book is an excellent resource for teenagers who are looking to improve their emotional regulation and mindfulness skills. The author have done a great job of presenting practical and effective techniques that can help teens manage stress and anxiety, conquer intense emotions, and build self-confidence.
Its provide different aspect of mindfulness and self-regulation. The author explaining the importance of mindfulness and and how it can help teens manage their emotions and negative thoughts, They then provide several exercises and activities that teens can use to develop their mindfulness skills.
I will definitely have my son read this book as well, and I highly recommend this book to all my friends who has a teenage children .I totally can relate this book as a mom with teen-age kids.

Great guide for teens!

As a brain trainer, I found this book full of golden nuggets of wisdom to pass on to clients who are struggling to balance their emotions and fight/flight hormonal surges as puberty strikes. The realistic processes and steps mentioned are actionable and well laid out. Definitely a reference book and a resource for every teen!

Much needed tools

A very useful audible on tools for mindfulness and self-regulation that we needed for our son. He has been listening to this as a way to get into less trouble at school by improving his emotional and then his behavioural regulation - which he had none of before this. We are learning a lot as well as his parents because we didnt have the tools ourselves. A great audible that teaches a lot of great tools for our teen son.
