Weight loss and Anxiety Hypnosis Method

It was really nice to heat this narrative well spoken inspiration for anxiety and weight loss. The actual method of this works for me. The description and narrative method used is a class A+. I used it for my second time and it was really nice to have a good time listening. I love self-help books and I you me this one really inspired me to continue to the next one. I know it doesn't work for everyone but please give it a try. It is very effective as well as well spoken. You have nothing to lose except weight and anxiety.

An Excellent Source for Anxiety!

This book has helped me to deal with the daily stressors that I encounter. I like that it discussed excellent ways to deal with anxiety without having to take medication, since I am extremely sensitive to taking any type of medication.

I find meditation and hypnosis are a very effective tool to help me relax and deal with any issue that is causing me to worry as is addressed in this book.

When I read Chapter 3 I could easily relate to it because I am an emotional eater. This book has helped me to realize that I should choose healthier options and not allow stress to drive me to eat excessive amounts of junk food. The advice on rapid weight loss is also helpful, especially in learning how to choose to eat a healthy and nutritional diet when in an anxious state.

I especially liked reading the tips on how to help you fall asleep when you are unable to. I used this technique and it helped me to fall into a deep sleep very fast.

Turning hypnosis skeptics into believers

This audiobook did a very good job of reframing the way weight loss is thought of. It highlights some limiting beliefs that prevent us from keeping consistent with our endeavors, as well as misconceptions on hypnosis. Not to mention, how our thoughts affect how we perceive ourselves. I’m not going to lie I was a bit skeptical diving into meditation & hypnosis to combat anxiety, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I was learning. The narrator had a nice smooth voice that made the information easy to take in as I closed my eyes and melted away into relaxation. This helped me visualize accomplishing certain things in my life that I’m sure are obstructed by mental road blocks. Our thoughts are woven into different facets of our lives and this audiobook helps to uncover that. As the audiobook went on, I just found myself nodding my head while uncovering realizations about my own thoughts. I’m going to listen to this audiobook again while preparing for bed looking to shed my anxiety in time and get some deep sleep! Going to have to give this a 5/5!

Truly helped me understand meditation

This book is great if you are looking for a rapid weight loss solution. This book also mentions deep sleep strategies which I feel like can benefit a lot of people. If you struggle with anxiety this book can greatly benefit you with Methods to tame your anxiety. I enjoyed this book and can take away knowledge about meditation and hypnosis. Great for anyone with anxiety

I think, instead of "rapid weight loss", they should change it to healthy weight loss. I haven't heard anything in the book that seems unhealthy. The meditation and hypnosis would be really great for anyone that has trouble sinking into a deep sleep. The narrator's voice is very soothing and calm. I do think that this is meant to help with anxiety in general, rather than help with things like panic attacks. It helps heal the trauma, so you're less anxious altogether. I think, this would also be helpful for anyone that has low self esteem or generally thinks they're incapable.

The one problem I had were the odd pauses sprinkling through the narration.

A straight forward approach to meditation and hypnosis

I really enjoyed this book, and how the author breaks down hypnosis in a clear and concise way. She doesn’t make it seem “woo woo” or spacey. When I started listening I felt as if she was speaking to me directly of how I have felt lately. I can’t seem to lose the baby weight that I gained when I had my daughter. I have tried everything, and when I discovered this audiobook it seemed like something different. I was pleasantly surprised how the author taps into how everyone feels when they don’t feel their best.
The narrators voice is pleasant, and I have been actually able to “zone” out while retaining the information given. The suggestions are uplifting, and when you come out of your meditation you feel rejuvenated, and like you’re ready to take on the world. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a different approach to weight lose.

Great 3 in 1 book

I loved this audio book it has a lot of positive energy and vibes. The narrator was great her voice is relaxing. Rapid weight loss reminds me to keep my body healthy. Deep sleep reminds me how to get the best. Anxiety help me to remember that mental health is important. Meditation and Hypnosis help with relaxation and promotes good energy. I would definitely recommend listening to this audiobook book you will definitely be happy that you did and it might bring you peace and peace of mind
