Exactly what I needed

In combination with online research, I used this book as a reference guide from which I formulated my own Cholesterol reduction diet and plan. It's written in an informative way and was exceptionally useful to me.

Definitely worth listening if you have questions about saturated fats and it's linked to cardiovascular disease. This book only proves that my grandparents - who lived in great health in their 90s - were right all along about fats.

I've learned a lot from this book, and appreciate how clearly the information and recommendations are presented. This book gives solid, easy to understand advice regarding cholesterol.

If you want to learn how to lower your cholesterol level, then I recommend this guide for you. This guide is for anyone who is interested in getting healthier and maintaining their health and understanding why certain illnesses take root and what you can do about it.

Very interesting and recommended

Lowering Cholesterol: A Beginners Guide by Erik Smith offers great insight about lowering cholesterol. The content was fantastic and easy to understand and follow.

The author was able to share everything you need when it comes to obtaining a good cholesterol level. A 58-minute guide is very informative and to the point. You will learn what are types of cholesterol, treatments for high cholesterol, foods that might cholesterol, causes of high cholesterol, and more.

I honestly say that I'm obese which increases my bad cholesterol levels. By knowing the causes of high cholesterol, I'm now aware of what food should I eat and should be avoided. I will definitely do the things I learned in this guide. Highly recommended!

Clear explanations

This Lowering Cholesterol guidebook is one of the best nutrition guides as it relates to the heart and vascular system. This is not a diet book per se. No fluff and excess words to explain a simple subject. I like how each chapter starts off with a summary of what the chapter is about. I highly recommend this book to all individuals either healthy or looking to make a change to a healthier lifestyle. This book is life-changing which makes it hard to put down.

Builds a solid foundation

Great book on the myths associated with cholesterol. It explains Cholesterol myths and what to pay attention to. I learned so much about the body and its needs. It discusses cholesterol in-depth, thoroughly explaining its function in the body as well as the overuse of statin drugs. So helpful to understand how cholesterol works in our bodies.

5-star

5-star to this guidebook. Getting serious about heart health can be overwhelming. High cholesterol levels are poor predictors for a heart attack. If you are not aware of your cholesterol level you will not have better clarity in understanding what cholesterol truly is. After you listen to this guidebook, you will have the ability to take full charge of your health.

Excellent info

My wife began to improve within two weeks of following the tips laid out here to lowering cholesterol. Quick, easy to listen to that explain medical concepts and jargon in easy to understand layman's terms.

Erik Smith discusses the causes of high cholesterol, treatment without drugs, and foods to lower cholesterol. This is extremely helpful and informative. If you don't have a cholesterol issue the information in this book is worth the listen. You won't look at cholesterol or statins in the same way after listening to this book.

By having this guide, you will learn what are the causes of inflammation and how to reduce it and thus your risk for many diseases including heart disease and diabetes.

I can't say enough good things about these books. I couldn't put it down and now am using it a reference guide, going back to it over and over. I followed the advice in this book and lowered my cholesterol by 50 points! All of my cholesterol readings were in range.
