Great story

Couldn’t put it down! You know the feeling when someone is trying to talk to you and you just want to keep listening to your book? That was me today! On to the 3rd book in the series! Great read, great narrator and great series!

Better than book 1

I liked this one much better than book 1. Grace was sort of irritating in book 1 but was so much more fun in book 2. I do recommend reading book 1 as the characters are all an integral part of this book. Justine Eyre was terrific. Recommend...it's a very good romance.

I loved this book

The narration makes this book, Justine Eyre is my favorite . I look for all her books. She really plays the characters & takes you right along with her!

Grace !!!

This book was indeed an enjoyable read. Grace is quick witted and and full of spirit. Looking forward to see what the next sister has in store in book 3

Good and Better Than Book 1

At first I didn't think I was going to like this book because of Grace being so annoying in Book 1. However she wasn't so bad in this one and her personality gave more teeth to the story. There's more action, suspense and humor sprinkled in here and there in this book. I must say, it is better than the first installment even with Justine Eyre being the narrator.

Adventure is all it’s cracked up to be!

If you are looking for adventure in your romance novel, here is the book for you. Although #2 in the series, the story of Fagin and Grace is the best of the three. Never getting along from the time that they met, the two grow on each other throughout the time they are forced into each others company. As time goes by, times change and people change, especially Fagin and Grace. Their adventures are delightful and exciting. I’m not a violent person but the end of the real villain could not have been more satisfying! Ms. Eyre is still not my favorite narrator but she is improving over the many times I have heard her.

Riveting!

Victoria Roberts, is a talented and amazing writer. Her stories has no fillers for volume. Chapter after chapter she keeps you wanting more. Victoria's vivid and expressive writing bring the characters too life.

Good

I've always enjoyed listening to Justine Eyre's performance. As to Victoria Roberts "Highland Spies" series I suggest u listen in order. The characters that are in book one continue through book three. I didn't. I listened to book three first and then # 1 and # 2. It took a lot of convincing to listen to Grace's story in "Kilts and Daggers". She is very out spoken in book one. She talks when she should listen. But in this audio book, her story, is good. There's romance, action, sex and a little bit of mystery, and fun. Worth a credit. 😄
