Inspiring and evidence-based

Great info I needed

Exactly what I needed to hear. I was going good on Keto. Losing 90 lbs and reversing type II. This book filled in the gaps showing me what I am missing to optimize my health. Those 3 or 4 areas will help me go further. Most important point… I need to share what I have with others.

A must read

I loved this book, great info for those of us who are trying to remain healthy after 50 and stay away from harmful drugs most Dr’s can’t wait to prescribe. I also recommend Dr. Berry’s fury book “Lies my Dr. told me” I actually think that is a better first book to read.
