Gunny’s story...

I'm a loyal member of the Demented Sons MC. My priorities were my club and my family. Add in one sick bastard trying to pick us off, and I sure as hell didn’t need relationship complications.

Enter: one hot waitress.

A chance meeting. One wild night. By morning, I was gone. Maybe I'd used her, but she'd utterly ruined me.

Brothers dropping like flies, adrenaline in my veins, she would've been a dangerous distraction - one I couldn't afford.

At the worst possible moment, I made her a reckless promise. A promise I wouldn't keep - because I'm no saint.

She was already mine. Too bad it literally took a hurricane to make me see it.

Amazing performance!

I was so excited for this book! I was hoping to hear Gunnies story since book #1 and I wasn’t disappointed! While a little predictable, I loved Gunnie and Averys relationship the entire time. The narrators of this series were AMAZING! The first audiobook (of MANY) that I’ve heard performed this way. I would listen to them read any and everything!

Avery is a waitress and going to school. Gunny is a member of the demented sons MC, he's working on a oil rig gone for 28 days at a time, he's trying to get over something. Avery and Gunny meet when he eats at the diner she works at. Sparks fly but they both only want one night. But trouble is rasing for the MC. When Avery and Gunny meet again Avery has a surprise for him. How will Gunny take it? Will Gunny finally get over his issuses? Will the MC problem take them down? Will Gunny and Avery have a HEA?

Gunny & Avery

What a good book. There were two small disappointments with this book but nothing that would keep me from listening. One.... there wasnt much sex in the book. It took place once in the beginning of the book and then near the end. That scene was🔥 Second, I hate when it's near the end of the book before feelings are really shown although this couple lived together for months so it wasnt that bad. It was a good book especially near the end. It was so heartbreaking and brought tears to my eyes. Alan did an amazing job with that scene. He and Kylie did an awesome job. I love listening to the both of them especially when they are doing duet narration which this book was. I wanted there to be more books in the series but apparently this is the last one. I would love to hear Truths, Slice, Straight and Maddie and Kale's story but I'm betting we'll get theirs because too much highlighted on them for there to not be so hopefully a new series starting with them. I highly recommend reading/listening to this series and better to do so in order.

Loved it

I love how the story has its own but still continues the other stories. There is just one complaint is that the epilogues on the other books goes out to far and then the next book doesn’t add up right in the right time line. I love them though
