perfect romcom!
This romcom lives up to expectations! Jamie Cook has given up his job to pursue his dream of flipping houses. He also recently broke up with his gf because she didn't believe that he had what it takes to fulfill his dream. Enter his neighbor, single mom April, with her pizza-stealing 6yo, who soon break down Jamie's defenses. This book will steal your heart while making you laugh. The Cook brothers are hella funny and I'm dying to get each one's story.

I Need More Cook Brothers!💜
I loved this story! It’s loaded with charm, humor & romance.
I always enjoy a good banter between hot Alpha males but even more so when they are brothers.
I loved all the characters but Axle will always have a special place in my heart.
The narration was wonderful.
I loved how he brought the variety of characters to life!!
I highly recommend this book!

Jamie and April
This is a great story. Loving the start to a series with the Cook Brothers. I love family oriented stories. Axle steals the show with his working on the house and dollar in the jar. Great romance with steam and chemistry. Narrators were great! I would recommend this.

Snarky Romantic Fun
Male Narrator was just a tiny bit slow on speed, but otherwise narration was great! Loved, loved, loved Axel😄. Lots of snarky, fast witted jokes. Romantic, funny, what's not to like? Enjoyed it immensely!

Good writing
I read this book and then decided to get it on audible as well...mistake. The male narration fell flat for me. He had no emotion. I couldn't get through his first chapter. I like the story though.
