Another Great Read!

Thank you Brenda Jackson for another great ride and read. I so enjoyed Roland and Lennox's story, however, Mr. Smith needs a little work on some of his pronunciations, so distracting again. Loved Frazier and Riley's story too.

Love the series

Really good book and great over all story. The performance should have 2 people. One, a man performing keep the narrator for the men voices and a women to do the ladies voices. The womens voices do not sound real and have a natural flow. But, I was able to get pass that and the book was good. Just the womens performance should have been better.

Great story Horrible narration

After much anticipation, loved the story! Once again Brenda has given us a great story and given Roland Summers a happy ending! So looking forward to the Defenders series.
Unfortunately, the narrator was difficult to listen to. The gravely voice was annoying and hard to get past. But for Brenda’s great storyline I would have given up on listening. Don’t want the Charlottesville crew to be over! Love the Grangers family and friends.

I have been a life long fan of Brenda Jackson from day one. This was a great story but the narrator was awful.

Really!!

I have anxiously been awaiting Roland’s story since reading the ‘Protectors’. The story was good, it. I was expecting all aspects of this romance to be off the CHAIN., staring with the narrator….where is zRon Butler, Avery Glymph and Pete Ohms.
The narrator was AWFUL for the woman’s voice.
Roland’s perfect woman should have been presented as a very strong woman, but her character was too much of a woman in distress .

Overall, I am glad Roland found love again.

I truly enjoyed and was happy for Frazier and Riley’s love connection.

need man and female narrators

Awesome book and story line, Love how we got two for one stories and how she incorportates the other stories into this one. But When you have as many female charters as she does in a story, I need a female Narrator! Please and thanks

It should be a movie

I loved the story line, but as many others have pointed out the narrator was horrible.

Great Story Line

Finally! Roland found love! I have been waiting for this story for a while. the story was awesome.
