This is the only book that looks authentic and real. While many others are just a random compilation of information as far as i know.

Recovering from sleep problems

For over a year I have struggled with my sleep which has led to me eating badly, not exercising regularly and obviously gaining weight. After reading an outline of all the topics covered in this audiobook bundle I decided to treat myself as I really had nothing to lose and I'm so glad that I did, Thanks to the info about mindfulness and sleep, my sleep and health are finally starting to recover. Great Info

Very informative data pressed in this guide about meditation for weight loss. This book can be the solution for all your problems because it explains the nurturing effect meditation can have on your mind and body and how it can help you lose those extra ponds that don’t seem to come off.

I like that it isn't beating around the Bush and doesn't waste the listeners' time listening through hundreds of pages that could be written in a few pages like this book.

Changed my life for the better.

I am proud to say that emotional eating is no longer part of my life, after listening to this audioboo bundle. I can finally stop worrying aboout eating out with friends and going to restaurants on dates due to my "weird" eating habits. Increase in self esteem
