Loved it

I have not always been a very outgoing person. Several years ago, I was very shy, socially awkward, and could hardly start a conversation with someone next to me. Using the strategies in this audio-book and several others, I was able to help myself become a more outgoing person and more comfortable with people.

Dull!

I thought this book was DULL, it wasn’t worth the credit. Maybe it was the performance or how it was written but it was overall so boring I didn’t get much of anything out of it.

Waste of time

Repackaged common sense. I went half way through and then just gave up. Read Patrick kings stuff if you are looking for more depth.
