Great information with strategies that are easy and effective. I had the opportunity to test some of the ideas at a meeting that I dreaded going to. but I ended up having a fantastic time! Loved it
I have not always been a very outgoing person. Several years ago, I was very shy, socially awkward, and could hardly start a conversation with someone next to me. Using the strategies in this audio-book and several others, I was able to help myself become a more outgoing person and more comfortable with people.

If you’ve lost social skills due to hibernating in a cave during covid shut down, this is the book for you! I encourage all listeners to listen with intention and a positive mindset. Even for extremely social and confident people can benefit from the lessons in this book! 10/10 will listen again!
