Publisher's summary

Sometimes there is more to being a hero than luck.

Adrian faces threats he is aware of; weak but numerous enemies that no one else would even think about challenging. He is not at all concerned because of a simple fact of life: if you know what's coming, the risk can be mitigated or avoided in its entirety.

With his companions, new and old, along with the energy windfall from the hoppers, Adrian has the purchasing power and the fighting strength to make like light work of monsters that would otherwise be problematic.

Of course, Adrian will also need to deal with the fallout from the snake–both the loss of a guiding hand and the hostility from the system.

New challenges will be thrown in his path, and then ultimately, he will need to get past the echidna that awaits effectively guarding the approach to Melbourne.

Join Adrian as he makes his way back to his family, in this, the final book of the Alpha Physics series, where he must finish the last leg of his journey.

good series

it was a good series. found it a bit overly problematic like a bad horror film where everyone trips at the worst possible times and they all die because they over complicate things. found the mc a bit overly naive but he does get better. end of the series was definitely a bit lack luster, if anything it felt like it should have kept going.

Home sweet home!

It's so cool to see Adrian finally get home in this last leg of his arduous adventure from Wagga to Melbourne. Not that it wasn't monster filled it was. It's just that the "merry" band accompanying him was soooooooo strong by now that they were able to take on what the monsters and system threw at 'em... because Adrian's team treated the roadblocks like they were of no consequence. Except for the echidna which required a delicate hand.
So yeah grab the action-driven series and sit back and let Grant Cartwright tell you a story.

Home Bound 5th book

Well I’ll start off right away saying that this book was worth it. I remember when I picked up the first book and it basically came down to me having read everything and went out on a lim. Even with the first I thought it moved kind of slow but some of that is the story (and not necessarily a bad thing) half is the narrator. I mean he’s not bad. I actually like much of the chapters voices he does but something about his voice and writing together can get a little Hypnos toned lol. Still loved the first book the second I liked allot even though at the time I felt was a let down the third and fourth were my least favorites. Still good litrpg and enjoyed certain parts as much maybe more then the other books but overall book 3 and 4 least fav. This 5th one pulled the series back up to capture my interest. So if you’ve read the others and if my opinion helps then 🤙. If your looking for a litrpg and ran out of books to check out and haven’t tried this series well you found one to give a chance on. Cheers

Wonderful!

Great series! I really enjoy this Lit RPG universe. I especially liked the inclusion of a person who had been totally blind from birth in the pre-alpha event! That was the first time I can remember seeing someone like myself in any post-apocalyptic or urban fantasy typegenre, let alone lit RPG. Well done! I hope we get to see Adrian and Jules's further adventures.
