Can't imaging not having this book in my library

This is an amazing book for a healthy life and a super fast weight loss if followed! As a Nurse I could see it was medically sound and so healthy. It really taught me so much. I love the ability to listen to it over and over where ever I am!

My new found help.

What did you love best about The Fast Metabolism Diet?

Ms. Pomroy makes everything very clear and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to starting the plan within the next two days. I am very excited about what I believe is going to happen with my weight.

No PDF received with the book

The audible book was great; however, without the pdf attachments the plan is useless. Really wanted to try this diet.

Life changing information

This is life changing information. The eating plan is simple and realistic. Giving up the caffeine, wine, dairy and sugar were the hardest for me-the wheat, soy and corn are pretty easy to give up

Good knowledge on what to eat

Good book and easy concept to follow. enjoyed the author. if you are really active this diet may not be enough for you but I know others who got great results. overall it taught me too stop and plan out healthy meals. l felt better after trying the recopies.

Muscle confusion, why not diet confusion.

Lots of info to be found in this book. Diet confusion is the take home point. This will require planning and understanding of the phases. I think looking at this diet from a conceptual POV will help most get the hang of the diet, then resort to food list and Table that states what food group is to be included per stated meal. Time to prep, as I think this will be the key to compliance. Curious to see how this goes.

Absolutely amazing!

I'm a 50 year old female with a dysfunctional thyroid and I have tried just about kind of diet out there. This fast metabolism formula is the most effective and quickest/healthy way to lose weight. I am so ecstatic and feel the best I ever have. I will always use this formula and never diet again.
