This book is perfect for those who are struggling with weight loss Mr. Venuto lays out a simple yet very effective plan for creating a healthy lifestyle as a fitness professional I would recommend this book to any of my novice clients as a good first step in their education (which is the exact intent of this book). That being said I feel this would have been much better if it had been read by the author (he conveyed and actual enthusiasm for the material) the narrators voice was annoying and lacking in any kind of passion for the material he also mispronounced several words to the point I spent more time paying attention to him than to the material.
So if you are new to fitness and proper nutrition go ahead if not look up Mr. Venuto's ebook (which is more advanced and a must read for the fitness profesionals).
Could not listen for more than half an hour. Too monotone and boring. If there was a point made, it never sunk in. Too bad. If you enjoy being put to sleep, go for it.

If there is a body fat solution, shouldn't it be outlined in detail at the beginning?
