    Definitely not, mispronounces words and is obtrusively expressive. Annoyed me immensely.

    "Meh."
    Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

    I got this audiobook hoping for some inspiration and a different mindset towards the way I think about food. Unfortunately, every time I tried to listen to the book I would get incredibly bored and would notice 10 minutes later I hadn't listened to a word. I still have 3 hours left and am ready to move on to something else. I will say, the reiteration of the "calorie deficit" has stuck with me and I tend to think about it more when I am choosing my food. I think I read in some other reviews that the author didn't actually perform the reading - if that's the case I would hope the author would find someone else to read his other work.

    Would you listen to The Body Fat Solution again? Why?

    I probably wouldn't listen to it again, I have the concept and the understanding I needed, and it will serve me for a lifetime. I am in good shape, I'm 52 and have always exercised regularly. I hear family and neighbors spout off about some 'certain' diet, bla bla bla, but have never heard an explanation like this, one that makes sense to me and will always be in vogue. Stop eating so much. That's it. Don't deny yourself anything, just keep it to a good portion. Start doing weight workouts (I do about 5-7/ week now). I never knew how important it was until I read this book. Without trying at all I dropped about ten pounds in two months and feel good all the time. I eat carbs, I eat cookies, I eat hamburgers, I drink beer. But not too much of any of it. It really changed my life.
