I never know whether I should believe and follow all that I learn in books like this, but I enjoy having the knowledge and ability to make the choice. Whether you listen to this audiobook for the knowledge or to change your lifestyle, it is worth listening to and becoming more aware of what we put in our mouths does to us after we swallow it.
Explains alot about the need for omega 3's in your diet and sociological reasons for its scarcity in America....it takes a while for him to briefly tell you what to do about it. Go to his website and save the money.
This information is the real deal. He describes the science behind his assertions and his diet plan is moderation, which makes a great deal of sense. The other part that was fascinating was that a high carb diet AND too low a carb diet is bad for you. I was very interested in his explanations about how hormones are disrupted by a person's diet.
No voice is annoying
No as long as different voices
The voice is like finger nails on a chalkboard
"Six hours you can't reclaim"
At best this book is an article containing some outdated and inaccurate information. It is padded out by mind numbing repetition of the same points and trying desperately to suggest that silent inflammation is something special rather than chronic inflammation. Readers would be better to spend their time and money on The Cholesterol Myth as it is far more robust a tome.
