I like to listen to books so I can concentrate on what is being said. I really enjoyed listening to the many uses for Moringa and how it changed the authors life. I would love to loose 45 lb's the way she did.
It's kinda like a combo of weight loss, lifestyle change, and natural living. It's a cross between all three, so I'm really not sure about a specific book, I haven't come across one yet.
This is my first book narrated by Hannah Pralle. She has a clear voice that is easy to listen to and follow along. I like to listen while driving to and from work and she was easy to pay attention to while driving.
I really enjoyed the first chapter where you heard the authors background story about what she was eating and doing in her every day life. It sounds about what I am doing, and I am also stuck and would like to loose weight. I would be so happy if I could loose 45 lb's. Her story about cutting all the processed stuff out of her diet cold turkey is inspiring. I'm not sure if I will have the will power to do what she did, but I want to try.
I am amazed by all the things that Moringa can help with, especially with it being a super food.
I had been reading about Moringa in the past but this book is Moringa's Bible! So many helpful info and interesting facts about this miracle tree. It helps with loosing weight, but in my opinion its greatest strength are healing powers and anti-aging benefits. The author presented his research in an easy-to-understand way and the remedy recipes are definitely worth trying out. This book is a must have for anyone wanting to learn more about Moringa.
I've heard of Moringa before, but I had never taken the time to try to learn much about it. Boy am I glad I bought this audiobook! Joy Louis goes over almost every single benefit the plant offers while working to keep the book short and sweet.
I am amazed by all of the great information included. Things I would have probably never learned about otherwise but for the convenience of this audiobook. I've started doing more research since the book, and I will definitely be adding this plant to my daily regimen. There are just too many ways to do so! And, too many reasons to do so as well!

This book was very informative and I learned a lot about the Moringa plant and how it can make a tremendous difference in our lives.
I like that it's natural, gives energy and even improves a lot of common health ailments that happen as we age. The narrator did a great job, was very clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend this book and educating yourself about using this plant.
I didn't know anything about Moringa untill my wife told me about it. She was fascinated by that tree, but I was a bit sceptical. Because both of us are a little overweight, we decided to give it a shot. That is the reason I purchased this audiobook, to make sure that we do everything right from the beginning. The book is full of helpful info about the healing properties of Moringa and the diet doesn't seem to hard. We are on it for about 2 weeks now, and we feel a lot better, she lost more pounds than me but I am not complaining :) I highly recommend this book!
Since I got into my 40's, it has become difficult to lose weight, and I noticed that I have less energy and less enthusiasm for life in general. I tried various "wonder" diets and none worked as it should. Then I heard about this Moringa thing and decided to try it out. I can say with confidence that this kind of diet has a life changing potential. I feel a significant difference when I take this stuff and when I am not taking it. I lost a couple of pounds since on the diet, but more importantly I have so much more energy and I sleep like a baby. This is truly a superfood for me!
