Jillian as a little voice on your shoulder

I like her reading her own book. It gives it that extra edge. I listened to about half of the book and already it was like having a little Jillian as the voice on my shoulder. "Best Choice ___" HAHA! Only a few meals later, though.. I'm feeling the difference!!!

Very well prepared and informed, she knows what she is talking about and she has great level of honesty and aim to educate and transform the audiance.

"Loved It"

Jillian Michaels has a lot to say this in book. I found the majority of the information made good sense. I think most listeners can gain knowledge from this book.

Wow. So basic but so profound...

This has made me check and recheck everything I put into my body. Treating your body like a temple is no longer a body building motto, it should be everyone's motto. Great book. Required read.

Always, a lot to learn !

Very interesting learned a lot, and have put so much into practice.
I credit this book for helping me to lose almost 80 pounds in just under two years.

Excellent!!

Jillian Michaels has the perfect voice for audio books. It is pleasing to listen to and easy to understand. This book is great if you want to learn how your body works and how food can work for you, not against you. I hooked! I wish her other books were in audio format too. Still going to get them and read them the old fashion way.

Intersting

It was a good book, some of it was a little to detailed for me on the nutirients, but I plan to try out the meal plans. I wish I could afford the Organic that she pushes, but there is no way.
