Yes. It's simply not just any other regular diet/recipe book.
Personally, I find this book very educational. One of my family members is experiencing a hormonal imbalance. So this book definitely perfect for her. I like it because, I myself was able to understand what it is, and how common it is to women. So this book is really special, since it is more than just a diet/recipe book. It has a clear explanation about your hormones, and why you need a hormone reset.
Majority of the book is recipes, which are unusable in an audio format. The author provides no detailed information about your hormones or how they are reset. If you are looking to learn about your body this book will disappoint. Recipes are moderately healthy at best, and in some cases it seems the author clearly misunderstands the subject matter as she includes gluten-free flour in a recipe that is intended to be grain-free. Highly disappointed.

I always get around to reading her books after they're released and this one really hot home. As I'm getting older I can definitely feel a difference in my hormones and Valerie offers great tips and insight into how to keep yourself energized and healthy in the midst of hormonal changes.
I wish I'd had this book five years ago because if I'd already put much of this stuff into practice I wouldn't feel so exhausted all the time, now! At least I know now. Pick this one up for a great, new start!
This is a helpful guide for those with hormonal imbalances, very well written and quite effective diet book. If you eat fast or processed food it will help you to clean out your system and lose weight. It also offers some science approach why hormones are responsible for your lack of energy and being overweight. Eating smart is the best medicine and while being on this diet (for 4 weeks) I lost about 18 pounds of pure fat. I'm eating the way that is suggested and it's working for me, I highly recommend this material!
After only 6 weeks of following the Hormone reset diet I have my energy back, no joint pain and no digestive problems at all. This is not a diet audiobook that will tell you exactly what to eat and when, but you will learn what food you should eat and what food to avoid. This is a healthy lifestyle book that is not that hard to follow, it has already been very helpful to me and I feel confident that I will be able to lose even more weight in the future.

It is 4th week since I am on this diet, I lost about 14lbs, I have more energy and sleep better. I highly recommend this audiobook to everyone struggling with losing weight.
The issues with hormones and weight are real. I got a lot from this book. Like exercising definitely helps reset your natural hormonal balance while following this program. The narrator did a very good job and kept a good pace. This is an important book.
