This audiobook is full of some vegan recipes. It describes what a Vegetarian Ketogenic Diet is and how to commit to it. This audiobook also has some instructions on what to eat and what to avoid in the ketogenic vegetarian diet.

A very simple and well-spoken this audible.

This Audio book has been a tremendous help with loads of original and delicious recipes. Some of the awesome features include: delicious vegan cheese recipes, nutrition information for each recipe that generally fit well into my keto diet, the use of mostly whole foods, Allergy information has been added for each recipe including a chapter offering substitutes, and soy free and nut free recipes.

I like the recipes in this cook Audio book, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Keto eating.most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight.

The Keto Diet is enormous, cleaned, all around spread out, and vivid. The tables and outlines are outwardly engaging. For those simply starting a keto kitchen library, I would propose beginning with this Audio book.
