Recommend for the rookie body builders

Great book very informative and comprehensive. Glad I purchased it, never thought it would help me in the way that it did. I changed my workout routine and feel better thanks

Great book!

Hello, I have been listening to your book. And I'm going to re-listen because I want this burned into my memory for life, muscle for life!(haha). Thanks mike!! As a busy father and hard worker I finally have time to hit the gym and make decent gains. Now I'm going to by thinner leaner stronger for my lady!

Book is convincing!

this books is full of great information starting with proper diet, a workout plan, and finally supplements. It goes a step further and explaines the science behind each. Reading the book is the easy part now I need to put my new knowledge to work!

Great resource for workout enthusiasts

Yes, I would listen to this book again and also purchased the paperback version to have for quick reference.

This is an awesome book for any person looking to transform their body. I have been working out for about 15 years and can say that after only 1 week of following the tips in this book, I've already seen gains in energy and strength in the gym. This is primarily attributed to the dietary tips listed throughout - when to eat, what to eat, how much to eat. The author states that the kind of foods and amounts of food contribute to making you gain muscle or lose fat. I agree completely with this assessment. Anyone who is serious about working out needs to understand this aspect of fitness. Please be aware though that this isn't a book about being a better athlete which has completely different dietary requirements and workout regimens.

Best nutrition and training advice for any natural person looking to find out the truth in being ur best self in and out

This book has changed my life I used to get all my info from the internet later on realizing that most of the info I was watching would just set me back a long time, thanks to mike I had the confidence to get my personal training certificate for dietetics ,fat loss through NASM and ACE I have bought almost all his books because they are science based .his first book bls has helped me change my 17%bf down to a lean 11%easy I highly recommend this book
