A beautiful voice with a beautiful content!!

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.

BEST One

The best book ever! So practical. So like a good friend, not like a motivational speaker. The author spells out exactly what I’ve been through and I hope to be able to write a book like this one day.

I needed this book.

This book has given me some important building blocks to self confidence and self discipline. I'm glad I downloaded this book. I recommend this book to anyone needing some help in these departments.

I love those two books together. One explains clea

Totally honest about her challenges with getting to grips with self-discipline. This makes the book far more useful than many on the topic as it gives you the tools to bridge the gap between being a flaky mess & a guru on the topic.
