Transformative

I truly enjoyed listening to this book. So many wonderful ideas were presented and elaborated on. The examples were concise and I can begin to implement (and already have) some of the strategies right away. I can see myself revisiting this again and again for refreshers and to help myself continue to grow.

I like this it is simple and easy

I like this it is simple and easy. Great way to start the day. I go to school and I work, this is quick and helps me change habits slowly.
This audio book is full of wisdom and mirth-thoroughly enjoyable. Excellent motivational audio book.

Excellently written and well narrated.

Both RL Adams and Smokey Rivers did a great job on this audiobook. Love it's content and how it is said. Smokey Rivers uses perfect tone and pace. I have purchased all books by RL Adams that were narrated by Smokey Rivers. Always impressed.

Audiobook

I've read/listened to a lot of "self help" books, podcasts, audiobook etc. This would be in my top 5. it's full of actionable advice, doesn't repeat itself, and isn't full of barely related anecdotes. The narrator is great as well.

Very concise audio book

Very concise audio book, I love that. It's just what I needed. It teaches you several strategies and talks about many potential pitfalls but focuses on the most effective way to be successful to develop your habits.

The author makes it totally doable

I almost can't believe how easy to understand this book is. The author makes it totally doable. He teaches you to be forgiving to yourself, love yourself and not be critical of yourself. He mentions many ideas that sound like biblical principles. His reasoning is not convoluted. Don't skip ahead. Every chapter has important ideas that lead to the next chapter. The narrator has a pleasant accent that's easy to understand.
