Soothing!

During a turbulent period, this audiobook is a great place to start for proving much-needed support. Its self-hypnosis meditation offers a safe haven for introspection and healing. Meditative and Nurturing

This book is so meditative and nurturing that I feel like listening to it all the time, even as someone who has not had a recent break up. But as someone that has had devastating relational turmoil before, I felt like the author was compassionate with her words and understood the pain of a bad break up. The words felt like a hug and the background music was very soothing. I imagined myself in a safe space and much more relaxed than I have felt in a long while. I recommend this book to anyone going through a bad break up or even to people who need to open pathways of optimism and self-care for themselves. The meditations are easy to follow and soothing enough to fall asleep to. Great work!

Such a great approach to healing!

I listened to this with my sister who is going through a divorce. This is such a different paradigm than what I am used to (my sister as well). This was very refreshing, relaxing and SO hopeful. When I think of relationship healing I think of counseling, but this is so different and much more effective than I thought. My sister agrees. Thank you for introducing me to this mode of healing!! Highly recommend.

Hard to Break the Cycle, But This Helped

Getting over a break-up, is never an easy thing. Especially if it was a serious or even toxic relationship. As someone who's personally going through one, I was on the lookout for any self-help books, which may ease the pain or help get through the process. I stumbled across this audiobook, and was a bit hesitant to try hypnosis as a possible solution. It's not something I've tried before. But after listening to the first few chapters, I was able to learn a lot, and really give it a fair shot. The narration is very calming and soothing, which really helped with embracing the meditation techniques. At first, I didn't really notice much. But, after a few days, I started finding the right time of the day, and the right space, where I could really focus on the meditations, without any distractions. This helped enormously, and I started to allow my mind to really give in to the exercises. It's been about a week now, and I must say, I have noticed a difference... A relief of sorts. Pretty crazy. But I think it is actually working and helping me accept my break-up, while improving my own self compassion and confidence to move forward! Highly recommended if you're looking to try something new. You may unlock something incredible, if you really give it a fair shot.

Beautifully helpful to move on

Listening to these guided meditations was a delightful surprise - I did not think anything could actually help me to feel better. They expertly guided me away from overthinking and into the depths of my heart, where I discovered self-compassion and inner peace during this emotional journey. Calming yet powerful
