Odd sounds and voices in the manor, strange mist surrounding the gardens, ghosts, uncertainty, suspense, and romance. Isabel fled when her parents arranged a marriage and lessons in behaving like a proper lady. Something happened on her ride through the forest, but she cannot remember what it was. Things in the manor and in her life are strange; nothing is as it seems. Her family isn’t speaking to her, but the new tutor, Dougal Westin, starts her “lessons.” At the same time, he encourages her to try to remember what happened in the forest. What on earth is going on? Plot and characters well-written, this is a wonderful Gothic suspense and romance. It holds your attention while Isabel, and you, attempt to put the puzzle pieces together. There is an interesting HEA and an awesome epilogue. Rebecca Cook’s narration is superb.

Lovely story

A very interesting and unique paranormal romance story, Forget Me Not provides readers/ listeners with hours of entertainment. I will not spoil the story by commenting on why it is unique, but it was a nice twist on the dead. The characters are likable and entertaining and the storyline is interesting. The narrator did a great job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene. I received a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Not what I expected..great book!

Forget me Not is a wonderful story to get lost in for the day. It seriously is a addicting listen. The story has paranormal elements to it that I thoroughly enjoyed along with romance. I enjoyed the twists and turns and the happy ending. It was truly a intriguing historical romance that kept me listening till the end.
The narrator, Rebecca did a wonderful job portraying the characters. Easy to listen and follow.

Wrong genre for me

I’m giving this four stars because I truly believe if paranormal regency was my thing I would love it. It has a good story line, has plot twist, some but not a lot of heat and some feel moments that will get you. As this is my first regency novel it’s not my thing. The terms, the pace, and just the overall feel is more historical romance and rarely do I find one I truly enjoy. The narrator did a fine job with accents and demure reflection. The writing and plot line is good so I am giving it for stars because if it’s a genre I love I am pretty sure I would have given it five glowing stars. The author does a great job creating and maintaining the world in which she is writing in!

Lovely Historical

This is a stand alone book with a sweet HEA. I recommend it to all paranormal or historical lovers. Could not stop listening, loved how the ending turned out. Wonderful twist and turns to keep you listening. The narrator did a great job with all the different characters voices.

Beautiful paranormal historical romance.
Well written with intrigue, romance, secrets and ghosts. I loved the characters, this was such a great read and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to end!!

Fantastic ghost story

This was a truly fun listen as the narrator brought the characters to life and the story unfolded

Isabell's greatest adventure!

I must admit I'm not normally a huge historical romance fan. But when giving looking at the description it said paranormal. And I adore paranormal, especially from Michelle's world.

With that said, I sobbed like a baby the last half of the book. Such suspense and sweetness, adventure, frustration, so many emotions! A must read standalone!

Desperately romantic adventure

Yes l loved this beautiful and sometimes tragically heart-rending romance. Set within the mystery of death hands, life's gifts and aged twisted mysteries, this happy ever after will keep you enthralled until the last word. Recommended 5 stars. Narration was perfectly done and contributed to the success of this story.
