Loved it!

Great Series
Excellent Series. This is a great book, regardless of age. I'm not a child, adult readers will enjoy this. Clever story, good writing, love the narrator. I loved the second book in the series, this ones even better.

An Installment that Tops the Others - Amazing
The third City Spies installment kept me in suspense from start to nail-biting conclusion. The plot of this book proved more complex and satisfying than the first two, if that can be believed. The interweaving of spy organizations made for compelling plot twists throughout the novel. The narrator must be commended for how deftly she brings so many different accents to life. Each character receives a convincing tonal quality that is at once believable and distinct yet never overdone. I will give away none of the juicy details here, only to say that I could not stop listening. NOTE: I believe this series must be read in order for full enjoyment (and to fully understand how each character fits into the team). What Forbidden City shows is the maturation of each character as well as the team as a whole. I cannot praise this series enough. Reward yourself by becoming a member of the City Spies!
