James Ponti is one of the best authors I know! His books are fascinating.I highly recommend this series to whom ever appreciates a good book! Encyclopedia Brown meets Nancy Drew
As an avid reader of mysteries, I was curious about this bundle of mysteries featuring two middle-school students who solve mysteries. Set in Washington, DC (my hometown) and involving mostly non-violent activities, the pair use a simple, but effective, process to solve their mysteries. I especially appreciated that the protagonists spoke and acted like kids, not like adults trapped in kids bodies. Further, Brian Holden is perfect in his narration. Having discovered this bundle of three mysteries in an Audible sale, I can honestly say that it greatly exceeded expectations.

I personally have listened to this book over 20 times (I got the award).

its a good story
my kid and i listen to audiobooks during drives, bed time etc. im not going to play Stephen king or got for an 11 year old. i have the harry potter books from my older kids. she didnt dig it. she liked the Carmen sandiego books so figured I'd give james ponti a try, with the city spies books. she liked them. probably listened to the first 3 5 times (and the 4th one twice). decided to go with this book. at first she didnt dig the narrator (she was expecting the city spies narrator i guess). but after 15 minutes she started digging it. we're 2/3 of the way done and she Loves it.
If you listened to city spes, you'll notice some content was borrowed between the series - but thats ok, the books for kids and find it more of a HEY THATS COOL moment.
as for an adult, who has a large collection - the plot is rather good! i mean the whole kids as fbi assets thing isn't realistic at all, but its for kids. the book hops around, similar to adult fiction writing style. im used to that style, but it took her a little bit .

It is amazing
I think it’s funny but also has a lot of action I’d recommend this book to somebody who reads and enjoys Harry Potter and Percy Jackson

My 9yr old son and I loved this series! The characters are well written and the author does a wonderful job of keeping the reader engaged and wanting more.

Amazing!!!
This book combines all three James Ponti Framed! books into one. I love it and listen 🎧 to it all the time! The narrator sounds just like how I imagine Florian, and he’s good at doing female voices.
