More informative meditation methods than the normal compartmentalization that we naturally acquire are laid out in the audio-book to help us not "deal with" our empathy and intuition, but rather to help us develop it into the gift that it is.

Sounds great to hear I like it very much!
It also explains why even though I like people and want to spend time with them, at noisy, rambunctious events I get overwhelmed by. For suggestions and observations. Finally, I can live in relative peace.
