Publisher's summary

An edge-of-your-seat action thriller from best-selling author Will Jordan, perfect for fans of James Phelan and Vince Flynn.

Ryan Drake and his team are in hiding, having become sworn enemies of states and agencies around the world. But when a CIA operative and former adversary is killed in a car bomb attack, Drake is shocked to hear someone claiming responsibility using his name. Forced out of hiding by this mysterious new threat, Drake embarks alone on a dangerous and deadly search for answers; a journey that will take him from the slums of Rio to the deserts of Tunisia and the mountains of Afghanistan. But as the stranger’s insidious influence grows stronger, he begins to realise the key to unravelling the present lies in his own shadowy past. Following his trail of destruction, the team must fight to save Drake not only from a list of ruthless enemies, but even more urgently, from himself.

Always great!

Solid characters and development, endless growing and evolving story content, multiple powerful nemesis that you want to see end in a horrible fiery death, evil secret power group, and a Love story that has more obstacles than trying to climb Mount Everest.

Keep it coming Will!

Science Fictional

A disappointmrt compared to the previous books in the series. WillJordan decided fhat science fiction coud make up for what it lacked in immgination.

Finally a book that doesn’t end in a major characters death

Drinker I can’t say i was horribly impressed by this entry. It felt very loosely connected to the main story. However I will be very interested in seeing how this all concludes in your next book, specifically since Mcknight isn’t featured and I’m curious what will happen to her

Thrilling penultimate entry

Looking forward to the last book, and very excited to see what the dashingly handsome and frighteningly eloquent author Mr. Jordan does next.

Deep Deep Down

A battle for a soul. A battle for a vestige of humanity, still lurking within. This is an incredible psychological thriller that hurts one’s gut to the core. So descriptive, so gut wrenching it hurts.

Exciting, heartbreaking, intense, gritty, awesome.

I loved Downfall! I’ve enjoyed all the books in the Ryan Drake series but Downfall kept me on the edge of my seat. In Downfall, Drake is on a mission to learn about his mysterious past. Anya and the team must save Drake from an insidious new enemy, ferocious old enemies, and possibly himself.
Will Jordan is a master at character evolution. We slowly learn of their complexity over time, everyone has a past that has molded them to the person they are today. Even with the most horribly evil of characters the reader is given the opportunity to have empathy and some understanding of their ways.
I’m excited to see where Drake’s new mission will take us in Something to Die For!

Another Edge of Your Seat Story

I'm invested to hear the last Ryan Drake story. I finally want to know what happens to Anya and Drake when it's over. This story was well worth listening to for the fine performance of the reader. His grasp of various accents helped to distinguish who was talking. If I had to choose an actor for a Ryan Drake film, I'd say he has it, at least through voice.

Disappointing compared to the previous books

Premise feels so abruptly different from the previous books that I struggled to get through it. I won't go so far as to call it a bad book, but I do not feel that I came away feeling as interested in the series as I did before this books. Hoping the next installment rekindles it.
