I dreamed of being a writer since I was a kid. Life had other plans. Finally, after several other fun careers in a variety of industries, I've realized that dream. It's both easier and more difficult than I thought it would be. When the words are flowing, it's miraculous. I feel more like I'm taking dictation, typing the words that are meant to be written. When the words or ideas don't come, I go for a walk or a run, think through what the characters would do... or what I would love to see if I was the reader, and come back to the computer to begin again. Little by little, stories take shape, characters get into trouble and have to work their way out, and a book gets written. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to put these stories down and have other people enjoy them so much. Thank you for giving my stories a chance - I hope you love them. When I'm not writing, I'm an avid photographer. I love getting out in nature to take pictures.
