jury is out

I am unsure about this series, so far. I will get the second vol. and make a decision. story was ok . plot was ok. narration was good the sex scenes and fight scenes were long and drawn out. we all like sex sprinkled in a book but 26 minute session may be excessive. we all like the combat in this genre but we can only hear brink of death or worst pain ever 10 times before it becomes old , in the same fight.

Very fun book

This is a very fun book, a bit of action and some creative storytelling and I hope this becomes a successful new series!

Love the story and characters, but the male VA is

I loved this story, I like the concepts and elements and themes used by the author. The only downside is the male VA. You know the meme where people tYPe LiKE thIS? I never thought I'd hear someone who actually sounded like they talked like that!

The female VA is fantastic on the other hand. She does a great job of bringing each character their own unique flair. I really enjoyed her performance.

Super awesome book.

This was a really cool book. I normally don't like the male narrator but I might have to change my opinion on his work. I really enjoyed this one and can't wait for the next one.

Narration

I have listened to quite a few books narrated by Mr Barnabas and the only criticism I have is when he imparts yelling to his characters. It’s a bit off putting.
Otherwise loved everything about this production.

Great martial arts book from King

Love the start of the book. It was cool to see what the main character could do with his lovers.

Top 3 from Dante

This book has absolutely nothing but my respect. Especially the narrators were top notch. The change in the usual narrators was a good move and the emotions and scenes were more realistic than ever. The premise and plot were great. Especially the the introduction to the world and concepts.

Fun story good narration!

I enjoyed the story. It’s a different take on cultivation and being transported to a new world. The narration was pretty good. Leo does an okay job. My only gripe with him is his yelling. It always sounds the same and he uses the same inflections every time! Back up from the mic and yell! The whisper yelling is annoying.
The female narrator Leigh Allison did an amazing job in my opinion. This is the first time I’ve listened to her and hope she does a lot more of these types of books. Really good job!
There are a lot of steamy scenes in this one. If you’re not into that I’d stay away. But if it’s your thing you won’t be disappointed.
If you like these types of books spend the credit. You won’t be disappointed.

holy hell

I got to say that was fantastic. I've read some of Dante's books in the past and they're always pretty good. I've also listen to Leo Barnabas work which is solid all-around. lady Allison is new to me but I think she did a fantastic job here. In fact putting the new team or at least this narration team that is new to me together with the work of Dante is amazing. I love the story I love the formats and I highly recommend it to anybody reading this review to check out this book. At the time of this review of the second one's already out unfortunately it's only an ebook form at the time. I look forward to seeing what comes next from all parties who had a hand in making this audiobook come to life.

Great narrators

I'm getting a refund and Ill do my best not to spoil anything.
1 cultivation and power progression gets stowed underneath the seat and forgotten.
2 slavery its like a crutch lazy writers use to to show everyone who the bad guys are.
3 you can tell someone is a bad guy by the way they treat women again its like #2.

some pros are the narrators are great the best part of the experience, fight scenes and sex scene where good if that is all your looking for then you wont be disappointed has far has harem fantasy goes I would rate this has 3 stars
