love it

i tried to listen to it together with my son, but probably this is too early for him. so after a while, i listen to it myself instead. although he isn't listening to it with me, but i really picked up quite a few things in terms of how to help my son regulate himself. he is very active, probably the most active type, and sometimes he just gets over excited. and his emotions are ups and downs. so i really got to practice some of the self regulation skills from this book with him and see how it works.
