Never fails! City Spies Always AMAZING!!
Another amazing story with amazing performance. If I had 1 complaint is that I can't wait for Book 5 to come off after that cliffhanger ending!! LOVE the series and LOVED this book! Highly recommend to anyone of any age group.

Incredible book NEED ANOTHER VERY SOON!!!
OK this was a great book really loved it but there was one problem that was such a giant Cliffhanger but over all it fantastic defiantly would listen to a couple more times.

Somewhat of a letdown
I believe this City Spies novel did not live up to the previous three books in the series. Ponti’s work lacked the intense intrigue and detailed character development I have come to love (and expect). We do watch Kat grow in confidence, but at the exclusion of the other spies. The addition of Mother’s son Robert needed more depth, as did the relationship between Robert and Clementine. Also, the book seemed shorter and more slap-dash than the previous three, as if Ponti were furiously working under a looming deadline. I will say that Ponti has once again done his homework, interweaving facts and knowledge about Cairo and surrounding areas. Overall, though, the result was a somewhat vanilla entry in the series. I look forward to a more action-packed next book, especially given the major cliffhanger delivered at the book’s end. One more note: The narrator once again does an impeccable job voicing all these characters and the situations in which they find themselves. Don’t pass on this book, but don’t expect the same high quality as the others.

Book three is ten times better. It’s just sad that there isn’t enough of actual plot that there was a need to introduce Robert/Cairo.
