Male Biased

My main issue with this book is that all people of authority are referred to as being men. This is misogynistic. They/them pronouns should be used when referring to hypothetical bosses or doctors or people in power.

Plan of action for dealing with problems at work

What made the experience of listening to Workplace Anxiety the most enjoyable?

The section about creating a "yay me" file was a great suggestion. I never thought of that before

What other book might you compare Workplace Anxiety to and why?

None I can think of

Have you listened to any of Steve Barnes’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Steve is consistently great

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Just the overall theme in the book about taking responsibility and taking action, not just feeling like a victim at work, but empowering myself instead and giving me the tools to do it
