Bring peace to your workplace

I recently picked up the Difficult Relationships in the Workplace book and it has completely transformed my work experience. I used to struggle with toxic relationships at the office and it would leave me feeling mentally and physically exhausted. But after reading this book, I have gained the tools and knowledge to effectively manage these relationships and improve my overall resilience in the workplace.

On point!

This audiobook is definitely on point. Toxicity and toxic people in the workplace are draining, and the worst thing is there is always at least one unfortunately. This book is a great guide to emotional balance and resilience, and how to manage politics whether you are a manager or a team member. Great burnout prevention tips as well. Every workplace should have this as mandatory listening.

Great book

I like how straight forward this book is : it gives you great advice that you can learn from and easily apply. It focuses mainly on the work place and advise the listeners on how to deal with issues. The author used the example of politic and diversity, but it also mentioned the need of emotional intelligence to make the work place a better place and prevent burnouts. I believed that I learned a lot, and I will definitely use what I learned. This book does a great job at making social interaction easier in the workplace: I recommend it !

Got so much more than expected

Great book for anyone that has to deal with someone that deals with things differently (which is everyone). People are different. Diverse in so many ways.

I learned a great deal on how to work with someone, yes, but I also learned how to be a better human, boundaries, and accepting others as well as myself.
