I wish I had read this book 30 years ago! Though, it wasn't available then, the message is so incredibly impactful. 'Just went and ordered 60 copies for the leadership teams at 12 Installations. The distinction between being a leader and being a coach is one message we have overlooked for far too long. Thanks!
There are a lot of tools that are taught in this book. The author did a great job keeping the reader/listener's attention. I recommend this book for any newly appointed manager.
