I would recommend this to any Small business wanting to learn how to leverage the World of internet marketing to level the playing field for themselves against the BIG retail giants.
Its breadth of content.
Listening is always a more powerful "Learning" experience , your memory claiming of the information is so much more definite and the audio process allows you to replay instantly what you need to clarify what you heard when reading creates the process of "Lazy Learning" were you tend to not reread a section that you should have because our minds are "Conditioned" to just keep reading rather then review.
I have Read (listen to) this book twice now and I have only have it in my library for a month.
Businessman, Technologist, Marketer. Loves to learn and enjoys books. Mostly nonfiction plus historic novels.
This is a great book for anyone who owns a small business. It should be required reading before you incorporate. It is very complete and yet very easy to digest and very practical. Full of value.

All of it. its very informative and very very useful for entrepreneurs.
Great Actionable Content
This is a great audio book full of actionable steps to a better performing business.
I recommend this to all business owners who're preparing to sell their company and have the sensible fore thought to plan the process.
No highbrow conceptual clap trap - Cheers John.
I found John Jantsch's book to be an outstanding resource and one I will listen to more than once. The book is well organized and very thorough. It is interesting and insightful, and will make a vast difference for my marketing plans.
This is a great marketing book chock full of great ideas. You kind of need to purchase the print version as a reference so you can refer back to all of the great tips and ideas that are in the book.
Marketers cannot stop marketing - or so it seems. As I listened to this I learned a lot about a subject I now have to apply as I retire from my profession to growing, processing and selling an agricultural product. (I think it is too vulgar to mention it is olives and olive oil - how am I doing Mr Jantsch?) Also as I listened I felt I was being marketed to (or at). Maybe it was unintentional. Probably not. This marketing at (or to) was the only reason the book didn't get all 5 stars. I learned so much and I enjoyed learning it.
"Excellent Book but Audible Sucks"
Be careful about buying from Audible.
I assumed that, as a company owned by Amazon I would have the same easy time as I do with music downloads.
But these downloads from Audible come in a special format that means you can't transfer over to your mp3 player unless it is one of those that work. My Sony Walkman doesn't.
Not good enough Amazon - you've built your reputation on high customer trust but experiences Audible could destroy it.
