A sappy romance novel….and I LOVED it!!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. I loved the story even though it was a little too saccharine but I didn’t care. I loved the characters and cared about what happened to them. The narration was excellent. Nothing deep just a story of love, loss, sadness and reconciliation. Light and enjoyable listening!

Love story

Sweet love story, this isn’t what I normally listen to but worth it. I can see the betrayal at the end but didn’t see it coming the way it did.

Favorite Book of Quarantine!!

I couldn’t put it down! The narration is amazing and honestly might be one of the main reasons I loved it so much. It switches between a male and female speaker for each chapter from Matt and Grace’s viewpoints.

The characters are so sweet and the story is relatable to any first love story. Great read with some unexpected twists. Highly recommend!

I liked this book a lot. It has both funny and sad parts. I enjoy most listening to the books that do that for me - make me laugh and tear up.

Good book..

It was a good book… I just didn’t care for twist ending very much. But good

The ending!

This book was so cute! And as somebody who is an avid romance lover this is definitely going on my favorites list. I’m not sure ,when it comes to romance, a slow burning love is always the best. I know some may not like it and found that the 15 year gap between time was a bit much but I thought it was so realistic. Life really does move on like that. The details, the time, the memories I love it. I loved the characters and although at times wanted to throw my face into the book of anger the ending was very sweet and if I could ever find a love like this I’d die. Also shoutout to the author for making the beginning stages of Matt and Grace during the 90’s when Radiohead was peaking that made me smile so much and helped really set the tone of those scenes. Ugh just so well written and overall a really good and sweet read.

Cute story

This was a cute romantic story. The narration was a little annoying so I think I would have liked the story more if I had read it. The female narrator whispered most of the time and I had a hard time hearing half of what she said.

Totally pulled me in. I couldn’t stop listening. Especially at the end. I could listen again right away. Such a great love story.
