Fixes everything
I was chronically ill and no doctors could help me. I prayed every morning for an hour that someone could help me. I was looking for another option other than suicide. One of Dave's books popped up on Audible and I listened and my life has been blessed ever since.

The Bible 2.0
I have been an Audible subscriber for 10-15 years with hundreds of books, and this is the only book you need for your spiritual, mental, and physical health. I have been devouring all things health related all day every day for 2 years now since my health went downhill. The suffering has been immense, which is why I have been trying to fit the pieces of this puzzle together since the healthcare system has been of no help. This book has everything I have learned from all best sources, and a lot that I didn't know, and it's all put together in a concise and effective manner.
This is the only book you need to truly change or tweak your life in any way that it's lacking or if you just want to make things even better. This one book has the answers you're looking for. History will look back on Dave Asprey because this is the true way of being and living and thank goodness he has figured this all out and is sharing his knowledge with the rest of of. I feel like I finally have all the pieces to my puzzle and can start feeling better and doing better very soon. What a lifesaver and a relief.
