Extremely Powerful and Life-changing
‘Aspire’ by Lyssa Zander is extremely well-structured and has been a joy to listen to! The 30 daily affirmations, guided meditations and quotes are infused with wisdom and are so easy to implement on a daily basis. The narrator’s voice was extremely soothing and pleasant. I genuinely feel that a shift has been made within me: I find that I am much more confident in myself, have more self-esteem, that I am more optimistic and motivated. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone that wishes to implement long lasting positive changes into their life!

Beautiful collection
Lovely collection of guided meditations, affirmations, inspiring quotes, and reflections - I enjoyed this mix of medium to help me with positivity and strength during a difficult time. The length is perfect for any time of need. I enjoyed started my mornings and ending my evenings with this. There is a lot of timeless wisdom here that I will come back to for repeated listens. It's truly helpful for any difficulty you may be experiencing
