This book I desire to have in paperback. I loved the content and delivery. I'd like it as a reference in my library.

I'll need to read it again and take notes. Even without doing actions was able to benefit. Need to reread, better just get it for ease of use of tools. I Love the Authors tone and delivery. Great Job helping me understand! Thanks for Writing and Sharing.

Incredible book!

Honestly she makes Polyvagal theory seem so second nature and simple. But this is more than just information about our nervous system! She has articulated specific exercises and work to do to more clearly identify and understand our own states as a practice. She’s also made some meaningful connections about the way we experience trauma and healing from the Polyvagal perspective. Lots of aha moments and really useful. Bodies are amazing!
