TOO SHORT!

It seemed like the beginning of a good book, but it ended with the story barely started.

I loved this story . can't hardly Waite to listen to book 2 XXXX.Wish there were more of them or the story longer. XXX

Excellent book

Hubby and I listed to the book on a road trip. Arriving home, he joined me to listen to the ending. We were both looking for more!

Very good short story

It would have been nice if perhaps the first two books were combined making it a novel, however I did enjoy the short story. The narration was excellent. The price, less than $5, made the book a worth while purchase.

Great start, way too short

I saw this didn't have any reviews and decided to give it a try. I was honestly pretty happy with how the story was laid out and how it was progressing. The characters were good and the story has me interested for sure since it was like a romance/possible thriller but with a paranormal edge to it.

My biggest issue with it, is that it was way too short. It ended before the story really went anywhere. I know that it's a series, but there needs to actually be more to this story for it to be considered Book 1 in my opinion. It really felt like it needed to be at least twice as long, if not three times as long. I was honestly shocked when it ended all the sudden at a very random spot in the storyline.

Maybe this was intentional? But for me to get hooked into a second book, I think I'd want a little more to really be hooked. I'm undecided if I want to listen to the second book now if I'm going to have to use audible credits on many, very short books.

The narration was 8/10, better than a lot on Audible! My only negative was that her voice for Jerry (specifically the accent) changed sometimes and it made it a little confusing to follow who was talking, otherwise, excellent narration

Great Idea, addictive!

State Trooper who gets feelings plus a heroic police dog only very recently killed in the line on duty. I think the pairing was helped along because the boss told Jerry due to blizzard conditions he should take the SUV that was, until his death, the dog's and his partner's. The ghost dog wasn't quite through helping people so jumped right in and rode along.

I was hooked from the start and can't wait to "ride along" on their further adventures.

I really enjoyed the first book in the series!

I fell right into the story. This is my first book by this author. I'll definitely be getting the next in the series. Fun!

Great listen

I couldn’t walk away from it.
My dogs had their legs crossed, because I kept saying wait a minute. I wish these were longer or in a box set.

Enjoyed book, would have liked it if it was longer, I understand it will come in next book but would have like to know more.

Book 1 is an intense story to start the addiction and need for more!!!!! Book 2 can’t start fast enough!
