In the near future space debris around Earth has made it impossible to traverse our solar system. Or it would be, if not for prisoners sentenced to clearing that debris known as Orbital Garbage Removal Experts, or O.G.R.E. for short. Former linguistics professor Dax has made it a habit of working aboard The Junkyard with a small crew, the conspiracy theorist, tech-savvy hacker Mark and the once decorated military hero turned war criminal, Kane.

So far, Officer Candidate School is living up to its cutthroat reputation. Still, the merciless mental, physical, and psychological torture may be worth it for Lance Warder to have a chance to fight in space. The space that awaits isn't for the faint of heart. He'll have to shed his mental chains to prove his mettle. Because no one cares who your father is when you're faced with unknown threats in a dark, infinite void.

Unbeknownst to him, Ray is about to partake on an adventure filled with magical beasts, warring factions, and a leveling-up system out of this world. If only he wasn't given negative charisma points around women, he might have a chance, but you can't win them all.

War, they say it never changes. That was before the Junkyard crew entered the fray. With their conflict against the Valtakuntera inevitable, the Junkyard crew decide to conduct war from Kane's perspective. Dax and his team aim for the core of the empire in a last-ditch effort to restore peace to the galaxy.

Once living at the edge of the world, a malevolent race of dragons has decided to make their presence known. With the ability to take on humanoid forms and influence the minds of mortals, it's next to impossible to distinguish friend from foe. After destroying the second source of infection, Illume and his team venture into a magically protected forest to destroy the third source. Secrets hide behind every tree while the largest army of Reds they've ever faced seek entrance to this protected land.

The galaxy is much larger than the crew of the Junkyard could've anticipated. Their little corner is now being set upon by the savage, elf-like race known only as the Valtukta. Soon they are captured and experimented on in an attempt to create the ultimate weapon for their Valtukta front lines. What the Valtukta weren't counting on are the skills Dax has spent his entire professional career developing. Using these skills Dax is able to mount a prison break freeing his crew and the others held against their will.

Ray thought he was through the worst the game had to offer. I mean, lich kings, vampires, and the dark one himself? Boy was he wrong. Potential new enemies are about to storm the gates. Lands need exploring and evil cultists' heads need chopping.

After Kane's death at the hands of Tylira, Dax finds himself with a single job, keep Mark focused. With the youngest member of the team losing the only father he knew, the Junkyard tech genius is starting to show signs that Dax is all too familiar with. Knowing vengeance isn't what Kane would've wanted, Dax struggles with his own past and how to pursue justice instead.

With Kane laid to rest, Dax and the Junkyard crew now have one job left, go on the offensive. Countless beings owe them a favor, like Master Decombres, it's time to collect. Deciding to play it smart, they will traverse the galaxy, gathering every ounce of strength they can muster. From Tachyon, to the Alcazar and everything in between, the Junkyard crew will beg, barter and salvage to amass a fleet powerful enough to rival the Valtakuntera.

On a return visit to Dal'no'nuuur to aid its inhabitants and get some upgrades, the crew of the Junkyard finds themselves ambushed by a Bastet intent on capturing them. Before meeting his 'unfortunate' end, Dax and Kane manage to extract a name from their assailant: Tussanu. Retreating to Tachyon, they discover Tussanu is an enigma wrapped in a mystery. This reclusive individual, whose race, age, and appearance remain unknown, invites his contractors to his home once a month to contribute to his extensive collection.

The best and worst the game has to offer is yet to come. Illume has forged a path in the game not only for himself but for those he now considers family. When a new player makes himself known everything Illume held true about the game is called into question. The endgame approaches with hard decisions that must be made.

Magic is dying in the land of Valka. With only two virus nodes remaining, dragons have emerged in great numbers to spread corruption to every corner of Beta. With no allies left, Illume is forced to return to Valka. He plans to call in every favor, summon every ally. The Cryomancer will bring every ounce of strength to the distant shores.

A new adventure begins as more of the world is explored and evil takes on a different, more intelligent face. Along the way, Illume will work with Nari to uncover her memory.
