Hermeticism is a religious/philosophical ideology based upon writings attributed to Hermes Trismegistus (ancient Greek god). This Hermetic collection contains the most influential Hermetic writings: The Kybalion, Corpus Hermeticum: The Divine Pymander of Hermes, and The Life and Teachings of Thoth Hermes Trismegistus. 

The Emerald Tablet of Hermes & Kybalion compose two pillars of Hermetic thought. Combined here in one volume, these two works share true wisdom with those ready to receive it. The Kybalion was first published anonymously in 1908 by “The Three Initiates.” The true authorship of the work is unknown, although theories suggest it was written entirely or in part by William Walker Atkinson. The Emerald Tablet of Hermes is a short, ancient text attributed to Hermes Trismegistus. The brief Emerald Tablet has been puzzling and fascinating scholars for over 1,000 years.

The Corpus Hermeticum is the primary work of the Hermetic tradition. The book is written in a discourse format, detailing many theological topics written by Hermes.

The 15 tractates of the Corpus Hermeticum, along with the Perfect Sermon or Asclepius, are the foundation documents of the Hermetic tradition. Written by unknown authors in Egypt sometime before the end of the third century CE, they were part of a once substantial literature attributed to the mythic figure of Hermes Trismegistus, a Hellenistic fusion of the Greek god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth. 

Hermeticism holds in itself a great philosophical foundation that approaches God as an ultimate and transcendent power through which three parts of wisdom shape the universe. Alchemy, Astrology, and Theurgy describe in its essence a journey from the corporal to the spiritual on which many western philosophies are also built. From these three pillars of wisdom, Hermes himself received his name ‘Trismegistus’ - Thrice Great. 

This Book may justly challenge the first place for antiquity, from all of the Books in the World, being written some hundred of years before Moses' time, as I shall endeavour to make good.
