In this audiobook, my aim was to bring together the Scriptures that I believe summarize what God intends for us in the place of prayer. It is my desire and I believe it to be true that, if we pray according to God’s will, He hears us. And if God hears us; according to His promise, He will answer us and we need to believe that.

Before we start listening to the main content of this audiobook, I want to read two scriptures. The first one is from 2 Timothy Chapter 3 and I am going to read a few verses from there.

The dictionary definition of peace and the Bible definition of peace differs considerably. The dictionary says peace is the absence of war but the Hebrew definition of peace means; to restore in the sense of replacing or providing what is needed in order to make someone or something whole and complete. My pastor once defined peace as not the absence of war but the calmness and confidence somebody experiences during a time of difficulty and trial.

We need to understand that depression is not of God; depression is of the devil.
