There is something to be said about the gradual acquiring of knowledge about survival and how it applies to how we live our lives. So I’ve taken that approach in this book - starting with morals, principles, and the spiritual aspects of survival, to the practical knowledge, and then how that information can be generalized to most situations.

This audiobook is a transcription and reproduction of the training course materials from course number seven, The Science of Longevity. Science and medical research can tell us a lot about longevity. This includes the history of how humanity has more than doubled our average lifespan since 1900. Long-lived plants and animals also have lot of relevant information on different aspects of longevity, since they are our genetic brothers.

I have written six other books on ancient civilizations and Giants. This book ties them all together to show that these ancient societies and relics had to have been created by Alien Giants who existed not only during human history but millions of years ago. The history of the druids has always fascinated me. Recently, I wrote a book about the mythical people of Ireland, and it also included materials about the Tuatha Da Dannan, who in many mythical histories were also forerunners of the druids. Druids were also well known for their mystical prophecy and healing abilities. Being a student of the paranormal and spiritual, this also holds a serious interest for me.
