Nia then reflects back to her time on the hit reality show Dance Moms, shedding light on both the positive and negative impact that the show had on her childhood and the challenges of distinguishing real life from scripted TV at such a young age. Nia shares what her relationship with dance has looked like post-show and opens up about her decision to address her absence from the Dance Moms reunion on social media. Finally, Nia candidly discusses her struggles with body image that started at a young age and how she has learned to overcome and cope with negative thoughts.

    Today, we have the honor of sitting down with Stacy Chapin as she bravely shares her journey through the unimaginable loss of her son, Ethan Chapin, after the tragic University of Idaho murders. To begin, Stacy talks about Ethan’s beautiful personality and life, reflecting on what it was like raising triplets. She goes on to explain the current status of the trial a year and a half later and shares what it’s like not knowing anything more than the public knows about the investigation. Stacy then describes her grief journey and how her family is getting through it together, all while being the center of nationwide media coverage. She offers valuable insight on what to say and what not to say to someone grieving and describes some of the ways they have kept Ethan’s memory alive.
