Brylee Armstrong: Becoming Her Own Person

In this week’s episode, Tay is joined by Brylee Armstrong for another girl-talk conversation! Brylee opens up about growing up as a dancer (though not in the ballroom world) and shares the story of how she and Brandon Armstrong first met. She talks about the unique experience of marrying someone who lives so publicly, and what it’s been like adjusting to a life split between Utah and Los Angeles. Brylee walks us through the reality of packing up every year when the Dancing with the Stars season begins, the constant moving, long hours, and how she and Brandon make their relationship work through it all. She also reflects on why she started sharing her life online, how she chooses what to keep private, and the boundaries that protect her peace. Tay and Brylee talk about finding their own identities outside of their husbands, the misconceptions people often have about them as a couple, and the self-care practices that keep her grounded when everything feels overwhelming!
