  • Bullying - how to overcome its negative effects

    Tania suffered from social anxiety for the longest time and has completely resolved it.

    She’s an NLP Trainer, EFT founding Master and Trainer, TAT Professional Trainer, Hypnotherapy Trainer and Practitioner.

    She’s featured on the BBC TV show Inside Out, as well as on a Swedish TV Show where she helped someone overcome a binge eating disorder.

    She has extensive experience working one on one with clients clearing fear and nerves in public speaking, including those who experience panic attacks, blushing and social phobia.

  • Loving your sensitivity and feeling safe being vulnerable

    This may forever shift your perspective on sensitivity and vulnerability and place it in a perspective that empowers and inspires you.


    Tom’s my close buddy and is an ex-professional MMA fighter. He practices a combination of Energy Psychology and intuitive physical therapy to facilitate deep levels of acceptance. 



    He's been on (and still is) a long journey of intense self-exploration, has lived in the jungle for 6 months, has done a 10 meditation retreat, and is the ideal man to speak to when it comes to owning your sensitivity and feeling safe enough to be vulnerable.

    We talk about the necessity of owning your sensitivity and getting yourself to a place where it becomes safe to be vulnerable. Tom grew up in the UK and sensitivity was seen as weak and pathetic. Same for where I’m from. This has set us both on a journey to exploring our sensitivity.

  • Do this and you can beat your SA don't do it and suffer forever

    The most important thing to understand to beat your social anxiety is what we discuss today: "overcoming subconscious resistance".

    When you don't overcome this resistance, you cannot become anxiety-free. Ever.

    Lindsay Kenny, one of the only 29 EFT Founding Masters, a Life Coach, and EFT AAMET Trainer of Trainers is the expert on subconscious resistance and shares her wisdom on the podcast.

    She says “If you haven’t been able to overcome your problem you have a subconscious resistance to change.”

    Consciously you want to change, but your subconscious (which is much bigger than your conscious mind) says: “We’re not changing because if I go out into a social situation, I’m gonna get hurt, remember what happened last time?!”

    She also guides you through an exercise to overcome this subconscious resistance easily and quickly. This is a MUST-listen.

    QUOTE: Conventional psychology says “let’s desensitise you from that fear by forcing you to face it, little steps at a time where you grid your teeth and bite your finger nails, have your heart pounding and your knuckles white, and you’re just miserable doing it… And all the time your subconscious is yelling NO don’t make me do this!! Sometimes this (forcefully facing your fears) does work, but it’s so hard to do this. The simple thing is to just neutralise the subconscious resistance to changing.

  • How to deal with severe social anxiety

    "There is hope for everyone" says Sophia Cayer, one of the only 29 EFT founding Masters who has been devoted to a full-time EFT practice and has been teaching EFT since 2000.

    Sophia has had more than 12 000 client sessions and is known for finding core issues and working with tough challenges.

    We go into depth on the things that prevent people from letting go their social anxiety. We go into why some people stay stuck, and what can be done to get unstuck.

    She says: It takes courage to do the work but you will find it worthwhile. And what is great about EFT is the fact that you don’t necessarily have to tell your story and get into detail. There are so many subtle ways to get to the situation, so if there’s a concern to talk about things or reveal things that are uncomfortable, know there are gentle and subtle ways to get to these things and clear them. The process does not have to be horrifying or incredibly painful. Not saying their can’t be or won’t be moments where there will be intense emotion, but for the most part there things can be worked through in a gentle way and you really likely will be amazingly surprised with the process. And with EFT you can work on yourself in between sessions to help you find more calm resolve in daily situations.

    We discuss the process of working with a practitioner, and dispel some of the myths and share what to expect.
