    In this episode Danni catches up with Ty from the HIQA grads group, who after a year off alcohol went back to drinking with the belief he could moderate. No failure here, just data collecting and the data was that nooooo, moderation didn't work. Ty has just finished up the latest HIQA challenge while doing Feb fast and is now ready to embark on another 12 months of sobriety using the tools he used last time and a new found motivation.
