this my first time meditating on this level and I only did it for about 5min, day one and it really helped, it's something that's amazing give it a try for ya self especially if you have a mind full of things that's bothering you, or just want to relax, try it it's not just for females it's good for males to.

Just finished day one and this is honestly the best meditation guide I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been using another guided meditation (which I do like) but today I was able to reach a level of stillness and awareness that I’ve never experienced before. Very excited to continue with this program!

Simply Amazing

This is the first meditational series that I have listen to and experienced that Audible has made an introduction and trailer for each session. I understand Audible’s intention to make the introduction at the beginning of each meditational, but Audible’s loud blasting trailer at the end of each session is extremely obnoxious and is a real turn off for the listener’s state of mind after having listened to and participated in a meditation. Audible’s end trailer literally quashes the listener’s mood! If Audible did a consensus regarding this opinion they would discover and find that thousands of others who actively practice meditation would agree with me.
Overall Caesar does a good job leading and Instructing the breathing meditational series. Thank you Caesar!

I found this meditation helpful. I enjoy the voice and attitude of the narrator. I appreciated that it got to the point of the meditation as opposed to having a lengthy preamble as some books do. Hoping that audible brings us more of this sort of content.

I find myself very busy everyday and stressed out. Always wanted to try meditating but never have time to go to a place. This was my solution and great help. Gives great guidelines. Love it so far

This was a good introduction for people new to meditation. It takes you through about 5 minutes of meditation, which is not too overwhelming for someone new. He does a good job of making you feel comfortable and relaxed while going through it the first time.

If you’re a beginner exploring meditation or, like myself, someone returning to meditation practice, this is a nice series. The narrator’s kind and encouraging, many breathing techniques are introduced, the music is not invasive. If you’re already a meditator, perhaps this series isn’t for you. But for the rest of us, this series reveals or re-explores the joys and benefits of meditation.
